Diagnosis Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner Referral

My wife, who’s a PhD nurse practitioner, who actually was a founding dean of the nursing school at GW, and I were thinking about, well, we’re not sure we want to work for somebody else all the time. We make a diagnosis. Second thing to say is that I think referrals are really important. Is that right?

It’s that first place that you start where it may not be the AAAs job, but we’ve organized where they have to have the partnerships and they know who the players are and they know who to make a referral to. And that referral can be done in real time, a soft handoff. And then, the system responds in turn.
