But that just didn’t really resonate with what I saw clinically which was that there was lots of suffering both in the patient, their family and on the clinical team and just felt it was really this space where I didn’t have a lot of evidence to guide me. Raj: It was indeed very, very gradual, and the seeds were sown when I was a medical student. I mean, just such struggles around corruption in hospitals, access to opioid pain medication, and you almost had to wait until a friend of yours was in power, so you could have access, get permission. So, the community comes in.
