We would drill down on the tenth differential diagnosis of medium vessel vasculitis, and then we would discharge them back out to the streets. And the point of that is that so many people, in my experience, and I’m sure it’s the same initial diagnosis of cancer, that’s the last thing that I want to talk about. And we would provide ongoing longitudinal care to them in the home, much like the Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors programs, and other programs like that.
