If we move away from clinician referrals as the means by which people get access, how do we keep the clinicians engaged, and not enraged? James: Yeah, so I guess just to start… I mean, prognosis in general is kind of a term for predicted course of disease, and I think people commonly use it to refer to an individual’s life expectancy or how long the person has to live. I think this is a really difficult topic to talk about with patients.
