And I think that there is room for shortening the duration if your patient is non-immunocompromised and not severely ill. So I think there are caveats and if you have a non immunocompromised, not severely ill patient that has again defervesced, then there is room for reducing the duration to three days for community acquired pneumonia.

Someone who’s healthy in their 60s and just got diagnosed with diabetes, yeah, they might benefit, if they have a very long life expectancy, to prevent that decline in kidney function. Those have a very, very long time horizon. So the time to benefit page is trying to make the mortality indexes link more closely to the time to benefit.

Febrile seizures are due to the degree of fever, not the rate of temperature rise, even though we see them as the temperature is increasing rapidly in the early parts of the illness. The majority of children have febrile seizures on the first day of illness. In some cases, it’s actually their first manifestation of illness.
