So if you can think about certain decisions like continuing to screen for certain cancers like colon cancer or breast cancer, or how strict you should control diabetes or blood pressures. We know that a lot of times with cancer screening, you don’t actually get benefits right away and it can cause potential harms right away.

I had it on my screen. And as a resident, I just was drawn, similar to many oncology clinicians and fellows, to just be traumatic and difficult experience of patients with blood cancers during prolonged and intense hospitalizations, where they experience a lot of physical symptoms, emotional trauma related to the diagnoses.

I guess I’m just sticking to the position that I would like someday to be able to diagnose Alzheimer’s as well as Lewy body disease, et cetera before someone has disabling impairments. Because those experiments show that the actor being targeted, lipids for example, is part of the causal pathway to an undesired event.
