Interdisciplinary Case Report

I diagnosed this case to be complex, requiring extensive bone regeneration, possibly with multiple grafts and informed this patient of the risks, timeline and complexity of his case. Restoring a high esthetic risk patient can be our most challenging anterior case type. The lingual margin would be at the gingival crest.
