I diagnosed this case to be complex, requiring extensive bone regeneration, possibly with multiple grafts and informed this patient of the risks, timeline and complexity of his case. I utilized 2CC of the mineralized freeze-dried allograft, particle size 500um to 1000um. The lingual margin would be at the gingival crest.
