I remember as a geriatric fellow many years ago, we actually diagnosed a patient who had polyuria who ultimately, you know, turned out of diabetes insipidus because when you looked at how much they were avoiding, they were just avoiding way too much. Workshops, symposia, at society meetings. And that can be incredibly powerful.
