It’s both institutionalized racism where there are policies and practices by corporations, by government that create inequality. We could wear masks against Covid, but we couldn’t vaccinate against racism. There are other acute issues, blood pressure medication, diabetes. I should pay attention to it, too.

Their vaccines aren’t as effective.
