So what we found is up to 30% of people would call 911 again for a fall, and of those calls, some people became very high-utilizers and so they would call 911 over and over again. I think once someone becomes kind of a high-utilizer, it’s a slippery slope. Same thing with kind of medication management. Carmen: Yeah.

So one that the primary outcome was supposed to be documentation, which it improved documentation, it wasn’t powered to actually look at any utilization or hard outcomes. And I think a lot of times when we get consulted, we’re asked for the outcome, right? Get the hospice referral. So you need to do them in order.
