We might evaluate that in a small number of nursing homes and go from there. They don’t have nearly the responsibilities that a certified nursing assistant has when thinking about utilities, groceries, rent, mortgage, all of that stuff on a monthly basis. I think teamwork and effective leadership are absolutely critical.
