Panelists Carmen Quatman and Katie Quatman-Yates have no relationships to disclose. And one person even called the system 75 times and that was just a light-bulb event for me. We do the breakdown of the sentinel event, but we don’t do it right then. I had no idea that people were calling 911 that much sometimes.
