I think that study was really important, especially I think the message that I give people is you can do something as simple as calling a consultation and improve quality of life months later. You know, most, most ERs admit, you know, far fewer than 50% of their patients. And so how do we think about palliative care in those patients?

We have world class primary care, cancer care, palliative care. And it just really upset me internally that we were living in a society where we were letting people fall through the cracks again, again, again and again at the end of life. We are caring for people, people who are experiencing homelessness.
