So we’re trying to help replace the transportation option. Those things do just accumulate with age. Is this our role?

The pneumonia could get treated, but I think geriatricians, actually, were well aware of iatrogenic complications of care and quality gaps, even well before the IOM reports of the late 1990s and the like. If someone needs imaging, if someone needs an MR, or CT, you bring them back to the hospital, so there’s some transport costs there.
