John: I am what I am, which is a family practice doctor. Whenever I take care of a patient, I see myself as a family practice doctor, but I’ve been a hospitalist, I’ve been a primary care doctor, and I’ve done palliative. There’s a consistency of understanding and approach that I think is helpful.
