Then in the OpenNotes work that I do, I was hired to take something complicated like transparency and patients having access to their full records in medicine, and then making that something that the lay public understood.

And it culminated in him giving a bad light to the patient in the hospital room because that was the only semblance of normalcy for this patient. We try to make that point because it speaks to especially ICU providers, we know how bad that is. I think it’s really, really complicated. Julien: I like this question.
