We did another nudging trial where the deep default was for default palliative care consultations for high risk patients, and it significantly increased individuals who were receiving palliative care. And we were able, because of the way OHSU has the registry and POLST link had just been integrated into our electronic medical records. So you can actually quantify how often it was accessed, at least by either calling the registry or clicking in the electronic record. Eric: That’s a complicated form then.

Eric: And we’re going to get to results, but that’s why I also love that 2016 paper: I think it was the very first palliative care trial that ever looked at individuals getting curative therapy.
