I just thought there was so much we could learn and offer from every sense, from the clinical point of view, from the family point of view, from prevention, from treatment, epidemiology, et cetera. A lot of these are more vascular risk factors: hypertension, certainly; diabetes; obesity. One might argue they still are. I like to tease.
