Alex 15:13 This is really complicated. So elderly people who aspirated, got pneumonia, had an mi, didn’t get hauled off to the emergency room on an ambulance crew so they could die in the ER. He was a terrible diabetic. And in fact, after a complicated ethics issue, we will oftentimes go in and try and debrief them.
