Alex: We’ve got a lot to talk about…what states are doing and cities are doing to support older adults in the community. It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. But, what you need is a community-based game there.

Malaz: One day I was in internal medicine residency and I had to take care of a patient who was admitted from a nursing home with dementia. Whereas with comprehensive dementia care, what you really need is a lot of the support that is delivered in the community. They can be nurse if you want to. Eric: Okay.
