Despite broad support from all aspects of health care, the flavored tobacco bill, LD 2416, was passed by the senate but never came up for a vote in the House. Opposition from a coalition of the tobacco lobby and the recovery community prevailed to kill the bill. We are urging Congress to swiftly pass this bipartisan legislation.
