And now when I think about the clinic at Duke, when we’re really running on all cylinders, we can get ourselves up to a five, six, seven week wait for a new palliative care referral. And the entire community of palliative care said yes, not a palliative care study. You sort of had a month after all of those events.

Alex: We’ve got a lot to talk about…what states are doing and cities are doing to support older adults in the community. It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. But, what you need is a community-based game there.
