Alex: We’ve got a lot to talk about…what states are doing and cities are doing to support older adults in the community. It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. But, what you need is a community-based game there.

And now what we have all been waiting for, our keynote speaker on today’s theme of mental health. Fed up with assembly-line medicine Dr. Wible held town hall meetings and she invited citizens in her community to design their own ideal clinic. I think it’s a label that people turn to because of mental health stigma.
