Why is that important in the emergency room? Actually, our training as emergency physicians is mostly to resuscitate to acute care. So Tammie developed something called EPIC for Emergency medicine, which is a curriculum that was one of the first ways that I think palliative care got spread in our community.

And these care navigator, they can be community health worker with just 12 years of education. Number one, number of days you are in the community.
