Lingsheng (and I) recently published studies on this in JAMA Internal Medicine , and JAGS. I had fun trying to make a danceable version with electronic drums for the audio-only podcast. And because of this encounter, this patient went to the emergency room twice due to having panic episodes that felt like heart attacks.
