So Tammie developed something called EPIC for Emergency medicine, which is a curriculum that was one of the first ways that I think palliative care got spread in our community. We did another nudging trial where the deep default was for default palliative care consultations for high risk patients, and it significantly increased individuals who were receiving palliative care.
