Within eight weeks of diagnosis of advanced disease. And the entire community of palliative care said yes, not a palliative care study. Additionally, in case patients didn’t step up, we did have sort of events where they were scheduled to see palliative care. You sort of had a month after all of those events.

What are the structural factors and individual factors that contribute to homelessness? We would drill down on the tenth differential diagnosis of medium vessel vasculitis, and then we would discharge them back out to the streets. Why do we say “over 50” is “older” for homeless persons, why not 65? We would admit them to the hospital.
