So we from the very beginning had an option of clinician administered medical assistants in dying or lethal drugs administered by either a nurse practitioner or a physician or self-administered. So it started off for individuals with a terminal illness. And like 99.8% of the cases in Canada have been clinician administered.

It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. But, what you need is a community-based game there.
