So at least in my oncology community, I really didn’t have anyone guiding or supporting or mentoring me. But the palliative care clinicians didn’t have the time or opportunity to foster and develop a longitudinal relationship with patients and their families. There is a patient caregiver relationship that evolves over time, and there’s less of a focus on intimacy in that relationship. A lot of people, and we have some data to say that you might have distress, but sex is not one of the reasons for your distress when you’re first diagnosed.
