So we from the very beginning had an option of clinician administered medical assistants in dying or lethal drugs administered by either a nurse practitioner or a physician or self-administered. Alex: We’ve got a lot to talk about…what states are doing and cities are doing to support older adults in the community. It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. But, what you need is a community-based game there.
