So we take that science and we apply it to something that’s very messy and chaotic, like a human being or a community or a population. It was like kind of a co op with this common space that different groups could rent for events and meetings and things like that. I think it started off from a need, a hunger in the community.

So if you already have a condition, you might be able to prevent events. People are coming from the south, they’re coming from the islands for their surgeries or for their rare disease consultations or their specialty follow ups for really advanced or difficult cases. So people are less able to have the language when the loss event actually happens.
