So Tammie developed something called EPIC for Emergency medicine, which is a curriculum that was one of the first ways that I think palliative care got spread in our community. So at least in my oncology community, I really didn’t have anyone guiding or supporting or mentoring me. But the palliative care clinicians didn’t have the time or opportunity to foster and develop a longitudinal relationship with patients and their families.
