There were a number of opportunities to be involved in medical oncology and doing medical oncology rotations as a medical student, as an internal medicine residential. And sort of a few years ago, we would sometimes see referrals a bit later than we would have liked. There really was very little. So I think education is key.

And then the final category, the third category is what we called the dignity conserving repertoire, which really has to do with kind of the spiritual, and psychological landscape and makeup of that individual.
