When we take a mental health history, for example, I think we ask people, we do the PHQ, or whatever it is that we’re doing, asking people that mood. But nonetheless, the methadone clinic system is entirely separate from the rest of the healthcare system. I mean, there is so much substance use stigma in healthcare.
