We are Seeing referrals at an earlier time point, especially at a point that I feel that I can really help a patient. How do you do that in clinical practice, in a way that doesn’t take five hours of sitting down with somebody? We published a nice piece, I think it was in the Journal of Pain and Symptom Management. So I mean, I had referrals from as far as Canadian Arctic North, of people who were interested in doing dignity therapy.
