Not my normal clinical practice. I wish they were just a diagnosis. And I think limiting the visits really triggered a deep sense of abandonment in him from a provider that he felt attached to. I recently had an angry patient and I had the opposite enactment. I started bending over backwards. Definitely a deviation.
