Some of our healthcare systems are hard, and challenging, and I think that it’s time that we have a change. I think there’s maybe a little bit of debate as to when those turn from being just normal age related changes to then being something more, but it happens in many different areas of healthcare. It did not change the frequency of palliative care consultation, the timing of such, ICU mortality, or six-month mortality. Kate: I think the main one for me being asked on the fly is that one of the nudged specialist palliative care consultation, which we know has limitations. I’m just stunned even writing that!

Ashwin Kotwal: Yeah, and Thomas, I know this is something we’ve talked about as a group too, which is how do you translate some of these scales that we use in large studies to our clinical practice? What it found is that healthcare providers are better at identifying people that are connected more than disconnected.
