When the doctor is late for the clinic, and patients are waiting for more than 30 minutes, it is helpful to have a staff member enter the reception area (not the waiting room) and provide patients with an estimated arrival time for the doctor. And then I met a patient in clinic once who asked me a lot of really intelligent questions about medical cannabis, what it does. And you could say the same thing about insurance companies. Insurance companies will pay for a lot of drugs that have really not a whole lot of evidence at a lot of costs. They just kept at it.
