When the doctor is late for the clinic, and patients are waiting for more than 30 minutes, it is helpful to have a staff member enter the reception area (not the waiting room) and provide patients with an estimated arrival time for the doctor. All the staff agreed that it was not a representation of the care we provide our patients.
