So what we found is up to 30% of people would call 911 again for a fall, and of those calls, some people became very high-utilizers and so they would call 911 over and over again. We did another nudging trial where the deep default was for default palliative care consultations for high risk patients, and it significantly increased individuals who were receiving palliative care. I thought that was an interesting take on doing this, because a mother-daughter relationship can be complicated, can be wonderful, and it’s hard to navigate when you lose your mother.
