It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. I think it’s a little known fact that the Older Americans Act, which is kind of our mothership, was passed at the same time as Medicare and Medicaid in 1965. Acute care is called acute care for a reason.
