All the staff agreed that it was not a representation of the care we provide our patients. When the doctor is late for the clinic, and patients are waiting for more than 30 minutes, it is helpful to have a staff member enter the reception area (not the waiting room) and provide patients with an estimated arrival time for the doctor.

But I mean, I would also add that not all of the responses to the PGA, and to the provider part that is completed, are coming from the patient.
