As an added bonus, we enjoyed the people-watching and marveled at the wide spectrum of personal flaws the other shoppers provided us. I asked, thinking about how amazing our case managers in our ER were. And in those two minutes time, Richard had provided a view to a world different than ours. Giving provides gratitude.
