Her most recent book is Elderhood. Bill 16:55 First of all, I just have to go back to Dax, because Dax in 1973 is when I first came out here as a senior medical student and met Al Johnson. He made it very clear that he called me by looking my number up in the phone book. He was a terrible diabetic.

Elizabeth Eckstrom is a geriatrician, professor of medicine at OHSU, and author of a new book, the Gift of Aging. That’s Oregon Health Sciences University, and whose new book is T he G ift of Aging. When I was a medical student, I actually worked with Elizabeth in her research group at OHSU. Glad to be here again.
