So they can pick up that that is inauthentic, when we use nurse acronyms with our loved one, or nowadays you’re using remap pneumonics, rather than just actually talking how we usually talk. And when I read that book my intern year, it possessed me.

She’s a hospice and palliative care nurse practitioner and Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at UCSF.
