I mean, just such struggles around corruption in hospitals, access to opioid pain medication, and you almost had to wait until a friend of yours was in power, so you could have access, get permission. It’s easier to concentrate on cure, diagnosis, cure. People who are suffering are not very visible. So, the community comes in.
