Most doctors then get additional training in the specialty of their choice.

This topic came up with Bernie published an article in New England Journal called Deciding for Patients Who Have Lost Decision-Making Capacity Finding Common Ground in Medical Ethics. The hospital refused without a court order, and the case eventually made its way to the Supreme Court. What words to use? Is the POLST useful? Alex: Thank you.
