In many, many, many of these studies, they excluded people with severe mental health distress, so certain mental health diagnoses were exclusion criteria from a palliative care study. I have 24,500 veterans on our caseload, 14,000 individuals with diagnosed mental health issue, 8,500 with an alcohol and substance abuse. And that referral can be done in real time, a soft handoff. I would hope a referral would go to what’s called an ADRC, and it’s called an Aging and Disability Resource Center.
