There’s an article about her in New York Times. They’re going to have a fall because they were hypotensive from a med, or nobody paid attention to the fact that they weren’t coordinating very well. I’m just going to screen everybody who’s over the age of 65 as part of my annual wellness visit for Medicare.

I, for example, had one patient, I remember during my fellowship, I was in geriatrics clinic and had a very well read patient who came in and was reading a New York Times article, I think in the well section at one point. And I was asking this patient about if he had filled out an advanced directive. What do I do?
